Head and head back!!!
I don't understad something in English language..
Look at tis sentence:
She is heading back to bed.
Why don't we say just (she is heading to bed) without the word (back)???

"back" is used to refer to a return to something. She has probably just got up from her bed, or just had breakfast, or is ill.
Some other examples are:
I can't stand here talking. I have to get back to work.
Are you back already? You just left an hour ago.
Tennis player: I tried golf for a while, but I always drift back to tennis.
