    Default My throat always feels...

    Hello.

My throat always feels too thick for me to speak in the presence of a young beautiful lady.

Are there any errors in this sentence?

My throat always feels too thick while speaking in the presence of a beautiful young lady.

I would put it in this way.

"My throat always feels too thick while speaking in the presence of a beautiful young lady."

Does this mean "My throat always feels so thick that I can't speak in the presence of a young beautiful lady"?
