Default Need advice on using "Do you mind...?" Thanks, teachers

Hello teachers again,

Are there any rules as to how we should use "Do you mind if / verb+ing...?"

Are the following ways of using it correct?

Do you mind if you help wash my clothes?

Or

Can we use:

Would you mind washing my clothes?

Please advise, teachers.
Thank you very much!
