i am reading a book,but there some abbreviations that make me confused.
1. FELSTINER (1980:51) VENUTI (1992:1-3,1998:31-66)
what does the number mean ?
2. what does P. together with numbers mean? like p.23 , p.45

what does the number mean ? Author's name, followed by date of publication, part number of the book or periodical, or page number in the issue.
2. what does P. together with numbers mean? like p.23 , p.45 p. = page. pp. = pages
