first class, need help

I am starting a new class and I was just wondering if there were any general lesson plans for a first class. I have taught classes from pre intermediate to advanced but have never taught a beginner/basic class before. if you were not given information about the classes level its a bit difficult to prepare. they could be from beginner to intermediate, so is there any tasks i could do? any good games, lesson plans or beginner grammar structures i could find? any info would be greatly appreciated
