what is the meaning of the expression " Mi casa es su casa", maybe I should ask ay what is the context or connotation of this expression , I know it means My house is your house. is it simply an invitation of hospitality ?

That's pretty much it. It is Spanish, and your translation is correct. And yes, it's basically just an expression of hospitality; that you are always welcome in my home. It might be spoken to someone at some other location away from your home, and would be more or less like saying, "Come over anytime!" It might also be spoken to someone after they have already come to your home, and would be like saying "Make yourself at home."
