    Cool Verb "to see" and using that...

    Is it gramatically right with verb "to see" not to use "that" in the following case:

    - I saw that the two 100Amp breakers have been connected.

    Can we say the same sentence this way:

    - I saw the two 100Amp breakers have been connected.

    No. You must leave that in so that the sentence means exactly what you want to say.
