CELTA test qestion
hi, this is one question for the CELTA test:
" Did you have a good weekend? Yes, I had a nice time walking in the nature."
I am not sure how to make this sentence correct, 'walking in the nature' I feel it isn't right.

Your intuition is right. Where in nature, what aspect of nature?
nature (noun) the elements of the natural world, as mountains, trees, animals, or rivers.

hi, why can't I say walking in the nature, what is grammatically wrong with this? Can I correct with 'Yes, I had a nice time walking in nature.'

Re: CELTA test qestion
As much as I would like to give you the answer, I cannot. You're working on a CELTA test question.
