Differences between will and would
Would someone please let me know the difference between will and would? How can we use it in sentences?

Will is used for future. Would is used for conditional.
Would is also used as a polite form of will, as in your question.
Could you give examples of sentences you're not sure about?

Re: Differences between will and would
Thankyou.
For example, I will go to office today or I would go to office today.

Re: Differences between will and would
Smriti Thapa,
"I will go to the office today" = I intend to go to the office.
"I would go to the office today, if I had time." You need a condition. This IF condition suggests that I don't have time, so I cant go to the office.
"I would go to the office, if I were you." = This is advising someone to go to the office.
"Would you like to go to the office?" = a polite invitation to go to the office.
I hope this helps,
Lee.

Re: Differences between will and would
How often do you use "would" talking about things that happened regularly in the past (instead os "used to")?
Thanks.

This varies among countries and social dialects.
1. As children, we would walk two miles to school every day.
2. When we were children, we used to walk two miles to school every day.
These mean the same, and they are both acceptable.
In Australia we'd tend to say 2. 1. sounds more formal.

Re: Differences between will and would
"used to" is the objective (cold/non-sentimental) way of referring back to a usual practice.
'would' suggests a sense of nostalgia* for the way things used to be.
* a sentimental warm longing or wistful affection for the past, typically for a period or place with happy personal associations.
