    It appears to be incomplete. The saying is "I [have/seem to have] got your back up". It means that you have irritated and angered the other person.

    I think it means you are protecting/helping/watching out for someone:

    I got your back = you can count on me.

    Go ahead, don't worry, I got your back, no one will shoot you.

    In AmE, "I got your back" is slang for "I'm watching out for you." Literally it means that you can concentrate on what's going on in front of you, as I am watching out behind you.

    I think Marciobalbaho and Ouisch are right. The phrase "I got" is probably an elided version of "I've got." And it does mean ""I'll guard you from attack from behind."
