Hello,

I am going abroad on job for 4 months. I need help to write a letter to primary school principal for granting permission to my daughter to go with her parents abroad for 4 months. My daughter is in kindergarden.

Say in your letter what you would say to the head teacher face to face.

The important point are [1] you are to be working abroad for four months from [date] to [date]; {2} obviously your daughter is too young to be left on her own; {3} therefore you will be taking your daughter with you;{4} So she will be away from the school for that period of time; {5} You hope that on your return, she will be readmitted to the school.
