Recommendation letter mechanical engineering

I need your help, as soon as possible.
I am from Germany and did an internship in australia.
Now my boss let me write my own letter of recommendation because he is a very lazy guy...:-)
Because I dont be a native speaker, I think there a lot of issues with my letter.
It would be great when you could help me with some formal things.
