Which are the suitable adjectives?
Hi,
would you please correct these for me and tell me if there are better choices?
Opposite of strong beer/ strong coffee is diluted beer/coffee ?or watered-down coffee?
Opposite of rich food is poor food?
Opposite of sweet wine is displeasing wine ?
and can we say light hair? or fair hair it should be?

Opposite of sweet wine is displeasing wine ? Dry wine. Is the usual term.
and can we say light hair? or fair hair it should be?Fair hair.
I don't know that there is a direct opposite for 'rich food', perhaps 'bland'?
