Default base their security on?

Hello Everyone,

I would like to know if there is something wrong with my translated sentence?

Each and every country can't base their security on harming the security and interests of other countries.

Regards

"Each and every" is followed with singular forms, so you would need "its" instead of "their".

It doesn't sound natural. "Each and every" is only used with positive assertions.
Here are some alternatives:
No country can base its security on harming the security and interests of other countries.
Each and every country must base their security on something other than harming the security and interests of other countries.
