We have five Current Bank Accounts with your branch since 10 yrs. The Bank Accounts detail as per bellow.

(1) ABCD XXX0000 Rs.200000
(2) XYZ XXXX0000 Rs.200000
(3) OPQR XXXX Rs.200000

We would like to request you refer our above mention accounts statement and to study the charges paid for the cheque books which is a huge amount compare to other banks. You are now requested to give us the discount in cheque purchases looking to our business with you.

We also would like to bring it to your notice that Syndicate bank is charges more for clearing the out station cheque compare to other schedule banks.

We regret to inform you that you will be think to us be transfer these account to another bank due to your bank policy.

Your kind cooperation in this regards will be highly appreciated.

Your letter is completely understandable. In any case, it doesn't matter; if your bank is anything like mine, they won't even bother replying, no matter how good your grammar is.
By the way, have you read their bank rates information, etc? Banks will not give you a better rate based on your loyalty unless they have actually stated that they will. If they are charging you the same rates as everyone else, you have nothing to complain (to them) about.
