    1. What is the meaning of in loop with ?
    2. Shall I add a 'verb' before in loop with to complete the sentence in proper structure?

    'In the loop'. And it needs a verb - often 'keep' or 'be':

    'Keep me in the loop.'
    'She's not in the loop'
