often.

3) I have been failed to hook up with Tim for long.
4) Let's stay hooked up with each other.

Any comment or correction I should make for the above sentence?

The phrases highlighted in red are the key phrases I would like to make a sentence of. If there's any mistake, would you advise freely but with the key phrases remained, if possible.

Please keep me posted/in the loop. Even I ... .
Tim does not seem to be in the loop of our buddy's contact since last year.
I have been meaning to hook up with Tim for long.
Let's stay hooked up with each other.

Be careful how you use 'for long'

This expression is used in negative sentences (with a positive meaning)

'You haven't been walking for long. You can't be tired!'

or in questions:

'Have you been waiting (for) long?'

Use '(for) a long time' in real negatives:

'He hasn't written to me for a long time.'

or in affirmative sentences:

I had to wait a long time for the bus.

For me, you stay "in the loop" with a project, team, or other more organized situation; it's not simply whether you are in contact with each other.

1) Please keep me in the loop even I don't join the gathering very
often.
Your "in the loop" is fine, but your "join the gathering" is off. Even if I'm not able to join you every often.

2) Tim seems not in the loop of our buddy's contact since last year.
Not very natural. Tim's been out of the loop since last year. (He doesn't participate.)

3) I have been failed to hook up with Tim for long.

I haven't been able to hook up with Tim for a long time.
Be careful with "hook up" - it also means "Have sex with." This could have a meaning you don't intend!

4) Let's stay hooked up with each other.
This "hooked up with each other" is really unnatural.
Let's stay in touch. (Friends or business)
Let's keep each other in the loop. (Informed about progress on a project.)
