Default Nouns as Verbs

What is the term that refers to a noun being used as a verb?
i.e.
Beer me! (meaning: Give me a beer.)

Noun used as verb = verbal noun.

He headed the ball into the back of the net

Verb used as noun = gerund.

Eating out isn't that common these days.
