    Default for cushioning

    Hi

Can anybody look at page 72 in this book Stretching Anatomy

and tell me what the author meant by writing: You can place a towel or pillow under the foot and lower right leg for cushioning.

--- Under which foot? Left or right?
--- What does it mean "for cushioning"?

    cheers

The picture illustrated that soft material like pillow or towel can be placed under right foot and right lower leg to avoid hurting the muscle.

Cushioning means : shock and vibration can be are controlled by cushioning so that the chance of product damage is greatly reduced.
