1) Are there any alternative of "how are you", "how have you been", "how's everthing with you", "what's up", "how's life been treating you' as a open greeting via email and face-to-face conversation?

2) Would you correct me for the following classification, if I am wrong?

for close friend only

• what's up
• how's life been treating you
• how have you been

for all sorts of friends

• how are you
• how's everything with you

3) What are the proper/gracious greeting for friends meeting at the first time?

• nice to meet you
• nice to meeting you
• how are you
• other...?

4) What are the proper/gracious greeting for saying bye for friends meeting at the first time?

• nice to meet you today, take care, bye
• see you then
• see you later
• other......?

5) People always say "see you later", "talk to you later" upon the end of the writing or conversation. Actually, they both realized they're not going to see each other soon in the future. Then, are "see you later" & "talk to you later" sort of wrong expression or what ?

You're quite correct with most of this.

I would say "How have you been [doing]?" is not limited to close friends, however.

Also, "later" does usually mean later the same day, but can be used in greetings and good-byes in a more literal sense: another day or time.
