Present Perfect and Present Perfect Continuous

One easy question for English people.

What is the difference between the use of the Present Perfect and the Present Perfect Continuous.

I know that we use the Present Perfect to show a relation with the past, for experience life or action that begins in the past and stop or is continuing and the present, but I don't understand one think for the action.

Example:

I have worked here since June.

and
I have been working here since June.

The construction is easy but the use of this tense is very particular for Stranger like me.

Can you explain me the difference between these two phrases (Sorry for my mistakes when I writte).

Just like you can say about a permanent situation by means of the Simple Present I work here, you can do the same when talking about a temporary situation by means of the Present Continuous I am working here. And if you want to mention how long, you use the Present Perfect and Present Perfect Continuous, respectively:
I have worked here since June.
I have been working here since June.
