If someone gives a big project and asks the person who is supposed to do the project by saying "are you up to it" what does that expression means?

It post a challenging question if a person is physically, mentally and financially ready for such project
To be + up:
Do you know what the sentences below mean?
a) What have you been up to?
b) It is up to you.
c) Are you up to it?
d) I don't know what he is up to?
e) What are you up to this weekend?

To be up to sg can also suggest something that is being performed furtively.
