without you or your sending
Hi,
I need some clarifications on these two sentences. I needed to know if they both are grammatically correct. The sentences are as follows:
Without you sending us the check, we can't process your paper works.
Without your sending us the check, we can't process your paper works.
Which one is correct "w/o you or w/o your?"
TIA
