Order of Points = Order of Importance? (Letter Writing)

Dear Experts,

When writing a letter of inquiry to an individual who is offering some opportunity (a position, some service etc.), does the order of our questions/points suggest an order of importance for a British person? If yes, in what way? (I.e. is the first point the most crucial, or maybe the last one?)

I'd put the most important points first. I would also set out the letter so that the questions were not lost within the body of the letter. Eg:

I would particularly like to ask about the following:

• What is the rate of pay?
• What qualifications do I need?
• Do I need to wear a funny hat?
• Do you have an environmental sustainability policy?

I look forward to your reply, and your answers to my four questions.

(Dot points aren't necessary; you could put each question in a new paragraph with a line space between them - but set them off in some way)
