I would like to help you with your homework.
Question: When offering to do something is will or would more natural?

"I will" sounds like I will do it, whether you asked me to or not.
"I would" sounds like you're happy to do it if you wanted me to.
On the other hand, if someone says "Can you help me?" FIRST, then "I will" and "I would" are just as bhaisahab says.
