Would and will when offering to do something
Hi,
Consider these two sentences
I will help you with your homework
I would like to help you with your homework.
Question: When offering to do something is will or would more natural?
Can someone help, please?

Use 'will' it demonstrates that you really want to help. If you use 'would like to' it sounds conditional.

Re: Would and will when offering to do something
And I hear it completely differently.
"I will" sounds like I will do it, whether you asked me to or not.
"I would" sounds like you're happy to do it if you wanted me to.
On the other hand, if someone says "Can you help me?" FIRST, then "I will" and "I would" are just as bhaisahab says.

I think thats what Bhaisahab means " If you wanted me to " implies a condition?
