What is the difference between All my best and All the best? Are both proper? Which is preferred?
Tell me how you saw them used and I will tell you what the difference is. ("All my best" is certainly more usual as a closing in a letter or note.)

I think "All my best" is far less common and odd looking without qualification, eg . "all my best wishes to...."Originally Posted by Unregistered

"All the best" is nice. It can be formal or heartfelt, and is quite useable in many circumstances.
