Pronunciation refers to the way sounds of a language are spoken, uttered.
There is a Standard pronunciation and many variations. For example, the word <tomato> is pronouced as [to'm
e'to] and as [to'm
ae'to].
Grammar refers to the rules of a language. All language have verbs, nouns, adjectives, adverbs, and prepositions, but the order in which they occur can be different. For example, word order in English is Subject+Verb+Object, and in Japanese it's Object+Verb. The subject is optional.
English: I like fish.
Japanese: sakana suki. (fish like.)
