    Which sentence is correct? : 1. The object of the research are advertising texts or
    2.The object of research is advertising texts. How to make a proper subject predicate agreement with two nouns?

    You should consider that the simple subject of the sentence will always dominate the structure. We consider that the second version of your sentence is the correct one. The object ..... is......
