    Dien,Bien,Phu,anyone?....while reading Al-Ahram Weekly I came across this headline but Icould not grasp its meaning so I'd like your help to work it out....Mr soliman

    I am not a teacher, bit I am a native speaker.

    EDIT:

    Sorry, if you are asking about "Interpretation", it can mean "the translation" when it comes to other languages. If not used that way, it can mean "how you see it", "how you read it" or "how you feel about it".
