Here's one natural conversation. Naturally there are many alternatives.
A: Hey, don't eat food that you've dropped on the ground/floor!
OR Hey, don't eat food that's fallen on the ground/floor!
OR Hey, don't eat that. It's been on the floor/ground!
B: It's alright. I can wipe the dirt off. It won't kill me.
A: OK, whatever. It's your stomach.

Your 'fallen down food' might refer to food that's fallen on the floor/ground, and Raymott's versions assume this. You might also mean fruit that has fallen off trees, and there's a useful word for that - 'wind-falls'. What makes the word 'useful' is that it can refer either to fruit or - figuratively - to a piece of good luck. The word was often used in the late '80s and '90s during the Demutualization of the UK Building Societies, when savers received a wind-fall of shares in the new company (which, until then, they had owned anyway ).

If you're referring to food that you were preparing to eat and accidentally dropped it on the floor or the ground, in AmE we have a saying/custom.....

You quickly pick up the dropped food, blow in it gently or brush it off and say to anyone watching "Five second rule!" and then eat it. (The "five second rule" is that if you pick up the food quickly, in less than seconds, you're safe because germs haven't had time to crawl onto it!)
