1. Have you checked this component can fit your car?
2. Can this component fit you car?

the second is acceptable. But what about if you change to "is it fit to your car?". It is enough in English.
the first sentence I think is not proper, as you should ask and then want to know whether is it fit or not. So in my opinion it can be "Have you checked this component is it fit to your car?"
"Will" is only one possibility.
1. Have you checked if this component fits your car?
2. Does this component fit your car?
1. Have you checked if this component would fit your car?
2. Would this component fit your car?
'Can' isn't right - it's already implied in the verb 'fit'. If something can fit it does fit.
