Default word order

Hi,

could you please tell me which of these is correct:

1) Only if the price of the goods delivered is lower shall the Seller charge the lower price.
2) Only if the price of the goods delivered is lower the Seller shall charge the lower price.

Thanks a lot!

Default Re: word order

1.

b

PS The difference depends on the distinction between 'only if' and 'only, if'. The order in 2 would be OK in a sentence like: "Only, if it's a Monday, the seller can charge what he likes.'
