Would you please help me out?
Thank you for your attention given to my thread.
The context: a guy slipped and fell with his food tray in a cafeteria. Then, he got up, hands held high above his head in a victory clasp, grinning from ear to ear.
Question: I'm wondering what is "a victory clasp". What could be the gesture in this specific context?

Then, he got up,
hands held high above his head in a victory clasp...
In other words, he got up and raised his arms straight up over his head and clasped his hands together, and probably shook them a bit the way you see people do sometimes in a moment of triumph. I think the point is that rather than slink away in humiliation, he bravely chose to be a good sport about something that could have been extremely embarrassing and turn it into a moment of hilarity for the others. By reacting in a mock "heroic" manner, he gave the others a chance to have a good laugh, and spared himself the pain of genuine embarrassment.
Hope this makes sense.
