Hi, which combination is more common and "native" for english speaking people and better for an advertising slogan/selling phrase ?

TOP JOB DAILY or TOP JOBS DAILY ?

It would be about offering job opportunities (from manual labour to abstract labour) to people, and it would be based on daily basis (every day a couple of jobs will be added to the offering list).

The adjective before job could be hot, best, lucrative etc. not only top. I used top only for illustration.

So, maybe this time my explanation is better.

You could also consider "Daily Top Jobs" or "Today's Top Jobs".
It is common in English to read of the Daily or Weekly Top Ten list of songs; lists in newspapers often refer to "Daily Weather Details" or "Today's Weather Details" rather than "Weather Details Daily", etc.
