In my opinion, the following sentences are correct. If the first two sentnces have the same meaning - I don`t see any major difference between them- the next ones, though grammatically correct, are different in meaning.
He has a positive attitude to life.
He has a positive attitude towards life.
He has a positive outlook on life.
He has positive philosophy of life.
He has a positive way of considering things.
