What are the parts of speech called that are not words?

I'm trying to find out what the English grammar term is for the parts of speech that aren't really words, such as 'erm', 'um', 'ooh', 'aah' or other sounds such as grunting or sighing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I think those are exclamations.
If you are doing active listening type stuff, you might call 'em fillers.
