Default Message Folder

1. I would like to file multiple threads originating from particular members in specific folders.
2. I would like to move messages between folders, whether they be private messages or threads.

The FAQ says I should have buttons to do so, but the only things I can do with the buttons are typically delete or download as an XYZ-file.

I can generate the folders, but can't move anything into them.

Help?

Do you want to be able to move threads?

Many thanks for your reply.
If I did, could I, and would the threads automatically update in the folder when they were updated in the main system - or would I just have to file the new version and, every so often, delete out the previous versions?

I believe I've cracked it by using them. It's just a bit awkward having to go through the "move to a folder" selection to get to the point where you have a listing of the folders to chose from and then perform the move.

Yes, the threads are automatically updated in the folders based on incoming and outgoing mail in the main system.

The only query that I now have is that I appear to have 2 sets of folders, 1 for normal items and 1 for private messages. Is that right?

Regards

Yes, you could look at it that way.
