What is the difference between the following two sentences?
He brings an experience of over 10 years of managing the accounts department of a multi-national company
and
He has an experience of over 10 years of managing the accounts department of a multi-national company

I have made only a few changes to both of your sentences and came up with:
He brings in excess of 10 years experience in managing the Accounts Department of a multi-national company.

Are the two sentences below correct?:
He brings in over 10 years experience ........
and
He brings in more than 10 years experience .........
