The core question is: “How can organizations use the “Darwiportunistic” phenomena to develop their knowledge management efforts?”. In order to answer this question, this work compares the features of German and Mexican organizations in the intersection between the “Darwiportunismus” and “Knowledge Management”. This research is based on the principle that analyzing and comparing two widely/very (I prefer very) different cultures, highlight (will highlight, or highlights) successful practices. The instruments were carefully designed to (repeat mistake) prevent the noise (I'd change this) that may be caused when two cultures are compared.
