3.2 QUESTIONAIRE DESIGN
Category Scale for single response was used for analysis Part A. This Category Scale is similar to Nominal Scale. Likert Scale was used for analysis Part C. Likert Scale also known as the analysis of the total. The data obtained would be analysed as described.
Through questionnaires, Likert Scale was used to obtain responses from the respondents to marked answers on a scale below.

Measurement is an effort to provide quality on the characteristics of the object. Measurement was done because researchers want to be clear and accurate on the result.
According to Robert G. Murdik and Donald R. Cooper; measurement is the process of mapping aspects of an object because other aspects that can be studied quantitatively by researchers.
Mechanism or tool was used to distinguish between individual variables for the study. It is available in three types of scales, one of it is an Ordinal Scale which is the scale involves data that are arranged in order starting with the small figure to the larger figure, where small figures represent the value of small and the large figures represent greater value.
Ordinal scales are most often used in the questionnaire survey is a Likert Scale. Likert scale is a scale that uses numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to represent the level of agreement of respondents on a question.
The descriptive analysis describes the frequency of distribution and percentage. It is also used to analyse the level of consumerís awareness of the effect on plastic bags to the environment.
Analysed data obtained by using quantitative analysis. The process of data analysis have been made by using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 15.0 for the total of frequency and percentage
