Dear all,

Would you please correct the following report if it is gramatically correct?
Thanks a lot in advance,

Outsourcing wins on importance

Although the outsourcing market in the health care has not developed as dynamic as expected in the last years, this market segment will have a low boom in the future. Out of different motives, smaller hospitals as well as corporate groups will go back to extern service providers regarding of the technology change on the one hand, but also concerning of the complexity of applications on the other hand. To be considered are the "classical" computer centres as well as global service providers as T-Systems. Latter are play a key role in the dynamic established and grew networks in the health care. So T-Systems see themselves as a supplier of systems, as licensee of application services as well as an enabler of telemetric services. We will see whether there will be developed a growing competition of the service providers or not.

Latter...- They play a key role
grew networks- growing?? growth??
as licensee- as a
will be developed a growing competition- will be developments in the growing competition
