So difficult to find a topic to write about

I feel it is so nice for an English learner when I found this website, there are so many kind people be willing help us to correct our mistakes in the essays.
The days before, I submitted a short one and got the answer timely, which encourage me to write more.
But yesterday, I found that it is so difficult for me to presume a topic to write about. I thought back what I had done on last Sunday, I just recalled that I stayed at home all day and read some books of the exam I will take next month.
So boring a day I think it is!

The exam I am taking is for one certificate of my specialty, CNC principle, a course of automaic control.
Now I am working in a USA firm as an equipment supervisor, so English is so impartant for me, I have learned several years, but I still can not speak it fluently and can not use it usually. So I come here to meet my teacher, who can tell me how to improve and correct my mistakes.
