1 Calling people 'stupid' is against the terms of use in the forum.

Please do not do it again.

2 If it is not an assignment, then do please tell me what it is. Did you just wake up one day curious as to how this particular text could be summarized in 450 words?

3 I will repeat the stance of the forum- we do not do people's work for them. You have made no effort to do the work. People have helped; they have made suggestions, and your response was rudeness. Anglika did a paragraph for you to show you how to start, but you have done nothing. Let's make things clear- no one will write the 450 words for you. You will get suggestions, though your rudeness may well have put people off, but you will not get the work done for you. Try reading what's at the top of the page:

Editing & Writing Topics An area devoted to writing essays, articles and stories where you can get help and advice about structure and style from other authors. Please note: we do not do homework for people, but we can help you do it!

Here's a start:

Computational linguistics (CL) is a discipline between linguistics and computer science which is concerned with the computational aspects of the human language faculty. It belongs to the cognitive sciences and overlaps with the field of artificial intelligence (AI), a branch of computer science aiming at computational models of human cognition. and Computational linguistics has applied and theoretical components.
Excellent!
