Please proofread.... urgent

With reference to the above subject, we are pleased to state that, you have been considered as Field Incharge in Purchase Dept., PNT. Please be noted that at the time of joining to our organisation, you have to bring the no objection certificate duly signed & sealed by the president stating all dues are settled and you have been relieved form the services of Secretary from March 2008.

With reference to the above, we are pleased to state that, you have been considered as Field Incharge in Purchase Dept., PNT.
In this sequence, at the time of joining ______ (mention new company name), you have to bring the “No Objection Certificate” duly signed & sealed by the President, (mention old company name), stating all your dues were settled and you have been relieved form the services of Secretary from March 2008.

What is "Field in Charge"?
A person who has been assigned to look after the activities of particular areas and it is not a static job.
