"A visual preparation course started in 1999. The children can learn several methods of painting, get prctical tips, advice and high level of personal attention. The following colouring matters are the most popular watercolor painting, tempera, a pitt- and coalchalk, mordant dye, indian ink, textile and silk paint, engób paint, porcelain paint, glass paint and the sticker paint. The children create still life, landscape, genre, animal and people portrait and pictures of their fantasy. The course run by Mrs. Csaba Herczeg.

In the weaving course, the students can learn the different technics of weaving and its appropriation. The weaving course include lecture, discussion, informative handouts, study of woven examples, drafting practice on paper, and extensive sample weaving. Gabriella Szűcs Mrs. Vastag, Erika Nagy and Ágnes Pajzs teachers help the members to achieve their personal design goals and develop their aesthetic senses.

The students of the ceramic course learn the basic ceramic technology training. They make earthenwares, embossments, water-bottles, different pots and statues which represent animals, plants or people, . The children created diverse forms with the leadership of Csaba Herczeg.

The newest course that we provide is the flower arrangement course started in 2003.
The aims of our workshop practices are to keep the original folk culture alive and to build it into the present. The independent creative work, self-expression, artisan activities are important tasks of the occupations. The course is run by Mrs. István Vincze.

The aim of the folk-dance course is to deepen the student's interest towards Hungarian folk dance and to teach a few different dances from different cultures. The members can learn the features, traditions and style of the Hungarian dances. It also has an outstanding purpose which is to form and develope the public spirit. Teaching of folk-dance started in 1998. Mrs. József Keserű has been teaching folk-dance from the begining. Róbert Lackó taught it from 2000 to 2002. Lenke Csécs Mrs. Török has taught it since 2002.

These students like performing on stage at every main programme of Hajdúsámson and accept invitations to perform from the surrounding cities. They were memers of international and nationwide programmes, too. More and more childern join in this course.

Dear teacher,

Thank you very much for your answer.
I don't know how you call the engób paint well, it is a paint which contains earthen mineral and used before tile burning. Have you got a word for this? I didn't find anything in the dictionary.

How do you call the sticker paint? The way you make stiker is to fix a foil on paper and paint on it with this special paint and after a day you can use this as a sticker. Is there a special paint name for this?
