Hello Everybody,

I am receiving e-mail notifications of every single reply to threads I have posted in, even though I chose the option "No e-mail notification" in my Control Panel.

After a 2-year break I am an active member again, and I post in very popular threads in the Fun & Games section, so the huge number of messages in my e-mail box are becoming a bit of a nuisance. Any suggestions for a remedy? :-)

Thank you very much in advance for any constructive reply.

Regards, Tomasz

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to say thank you all for such a wonderful website full of resources and helpful members.I stumbled upon this forum via google.

From a quick look I have a suggestions.

1. The Prefix can be forum based and not universal for all sections. For example .. A support section can have prefixes like Bug, Suggestion, Feedback and so on...
2. Make the quick reply box active by default without the need to click on any icon/button. {Not many members are tech savvy}

Cheers

...but I'm aware that shameless promotion and sales is not acceptable on forums, and that isn't what I want to do.

I am not a teacher (I know it's important to state that!) but our site is a place for teachers to teach languages to users using a webcam and a virtual classroom.

We are recruiting teachers and language schools to sign up. Teachers are paid for each half-hour lesson and you can work from anywhere with a good internet connection and a webcam. The virtual classroom has plenty of resources to help with communicating.

UE seems like a perfect place to invite teachers to sign up. I am not seeling anything to them - do you think it is acceptable for me to write about this in the main forums?
