Hi,

I'am Looking for Sample/Template Reference Letter written by work Supervisor/Manager to apply for university.

Note: I contacted a university and they asked for a Reference letter instead of one of the 3 recommendation letters,
Their Reply is below:
"Please note the letter of reference is hand written. The supervisor will write it from his prospective about observing you and your goal to apply to a graduate program. The academic assessment form can be completed from his point of vie"

So, Am looking for one to submit it to my Supervisor,Coz i don't think he would get the time to think of/write one from scratch.

Note: I Work in IT Field as DB Administrator & Software Programmer(ASP.Net) with 3.5Years experience and Very Good Evaluation.
