I think the intention is for you to do this task.
The steps are as follows:
1. Understand what each phrase means. Do you understand "stingy, lazy, and selfish"? If you do, go to step 2
2. Write a sentence with the phrase in it.
3. Write a few more sentences which illustrate how the person is stingy, lazy or selfish.
