Face validity&Content validity?

What's difference between content validity and face validity?

I should note I'm talking about psychometric assessments, as that is how I learned these words.

Face validity is merely how a test looks to a potential buyer/user - how attractive it is, whether it is easy to carry around etc.

Content validity is how appropriate the content of the test is. If the test is aimed at a specific age group, how appropriate is the material for that age group? Is it culturally appropriate? etc.
