2 No, it's abrupt, doesn't summarise and is of dubious relevance

Nominals are nouns, noun phrases, pronouns- anything that can function as a noun

By nominal groups, I assume the mean noun hrases, which would include all the words associated with the noun, etc, so 'many people' forms a group, with the noun and the modifier.
Parataxis is stringing language together without the use of conjunctions, which means that the language appears a bit disorganised and lacks perspective:
I went home- I was tired.
I went home because I was tired.
In this example, the first is clear enough, but if we keep dropping the connecting and coordinating terms, then the text becomes 'bitty'.

can i be right in cosidering the gere exposition (persuasive as the writer is quite forward in pushing his view by writing 'i think...' and eds the text with 'therfore using a bicycle....'

what would be the preview of this text?
